For the second Lord of the Rings Square Dance, I employed a font called Ringbearer, designed by Pete Klassen, with letterforms based on typography used in promoting the Peter Jackson trilogy.
I cut social reels using footage from the first year’s event:
The illustration was the result of my first use of generative AI technologies, both experimental (DALL-E) and commercial (Adobe Photoshop’s generative fill).
It took me a fair number of hours of prompting and then post-processing to get to a result that I liked (even if the shadows don’t all make sense).
